Estate Agents and Property Professionals Honored at ESTAS Customer Service Awards
Brock Taylor celebrates triple success at a London ceremony hosted by television presenter Phil Spencer.
Independent family-owned estate and letting agency Brock Taylor secured three major honors at the ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2026, held at Grosvenor House in London. The agency collected a gold award, a bronze award, and the title of Best in West Sussex during a ceremony attended by more than 1,000 property professionals.
The ESTAS awards recognize excellence in customer service across the United Kingdom property sector. The results are calculated entirely from verified customer reviews submitted by homeowners who completed a moving transaction with the respective agency. This year's honors were determined using feedback compiled from over 300,000 customer ratings.
Television property presenter and event host Phil Spencer emphasized the authenticity of the recognition during the ceremony. He noted that the awards rely on real feedback from real people following actual transactions, completely bypassing traditional judging panels or mystery shopping methods.
Peter Maskell, managing director of Brock Taylor, expressed his gratitude for the achievement. He stated that the agency takes its service levels very seriously for clients involved in selling, buying, letting, or renting properties, adding that the awards demonstrate a successful delivery on their commitments.
ESTAS founder Simon Brown highlighted the ongoing importance of the human element in the real estate industry, especially in an era increasingly influenced by artificial intelligence and automated algorithms. Brown remarked that while technology assists with data and processes, it cannot replace trust, empathy, and personal connection.
Commercial director at Reapit, Neil Cobbold, also congratulated the winners for going above and beyond to establish lasting trust and outstanding customer experiences. The ceremony celebrated various firms and professionals dedicated to maintaining high service standards throughout the property sector.
