Juventus secured a 2-1 victory away against Fiorentina in the Serie A Women championship, concluding the fifth round of matches. The visiting side took control of the match early on and held off a late surge from the home team.

The opening goal came in the 28th minute when Alba Redondo found the back of the net for Juventus. The visitors capitalized on their momentum and extended their lead shortly after halftime, with Kysha Sylla scoring in the 56th minute to make it 2-0.

Fiorentina attempted a comeback in the closing moments of the game. Emma Severini scored in stoppage time at the 90th minute plus one, narrowing the deficit for the home side, but the late strike was not enough to prevent the defeat.

With this crucial away win, Juventus brought its points total to six in the league standings, pulling even with Milan. Meanwhile, Fiorentina remained at seven points, finding themselves tied with the Ternana Women squad in the table.

The Serie A Women season continues to take shape as the standings develop following the conclusion of the fifth round. Roma currently leads the table with a perfect record of 15 points, followed closely by Inter in second place and Como 1907 in third.

The tournament follows a single round-robin format with clubs playing each other twice throughout the campaign. Each victory awards three points, a draw provides one, and a defeat yields zero points, with the champion earning qualification for the UEFA Women's Champions League.
