Tyler Cameron and Fiancée Tate Madden Announce Pregnancy on 'DWTS'

Reality television personality Tyler Cameron and his fiancée, Tate Madden, announced they are expecting their first child during an emotional episode of Dancing with the Stars. The couple shared the major news live on October 20 during the show's annual Dedication Night.

Cameron, who rose to fame as a contestant on season 15 of The Bachelorette, performed a contemporary routine alongside his professional dance partner, Sharna Burgess, to Ed Sheeran's song "Supermarket Flowers." Toward the end of the performance, Madden joined them on the dance floor to debut her baby bump.

The routine incorporated a voiceover narration written as an open letter to Cameron's late mother, Andrea, who passed away in 2020 at the age of 55 following a brain aneurysm. In the voiceover, Cameron expressed his wish for his mother to meet Madden, stating that she would have loved the woman he is marrying and noting that they are going to have a baby.

Following the dance, co-host Alfonso Ribeiro helped the couple conduct a live gender reveal in the ballroom. Pink confetti rained down over the stage to announce that the couple is expecting a baby girl. Afterward, Cameron expressed his excitement about becoming a father, telling the audience, "I get to be a girl dad. What a gift, what an opportunity."

Madden later reflected on the overwhelming experience backstage with Extra, sharing that she briefly lost composure during the reveal. Meanwhile, judge Bruno Tonioli praised the performance, noting that the trio danced with "three hearts beating as one." The routine earned Cameron and Burgess a score of 32 out of 40.

The couple's relationship began after initially crossing paths professionally in 2022, when Madden worked as a photographer on Cameron's home renovation series Going Home with Tyler Cameron. Their relationship eventually turned romantic, and the couple announced their engagement on August 15, 2026, following a proposal on Florida's Little Palm Island.
