Weather conditions vary widely across different regions, with meteorological services issuing forecasts that range from stable, cloudy mornings to heavy precipitation and strong winds as communities plan their activities for the days ahead.

In Buenos Aires and the Capital Federal area, the morning started with temperatures ranging between 17°C and 20°C under partly cloudy skies. Official reports from the early hours indicated a zero percent probability of rain, offering a dry start for commuters and residents moving through the city with moderate winds and good visibility.

Meanwhile, the city of Rosario faces an unstable Friday marked by expected morning showers and isolated afternoon storms. According to the National Meteorological Service, conditions in Rosario could deteriorate significantly by nightfall, coinciding with the opening of the 42nd Colectividades Fair.

The precipitation probability in Rosario is projected to reach up to 100 percent, accompanied by strong wind gusts ranging between 42 and 50 kilometers per hour. Temperatures in the area are expected to range from a low of 14 degrees to a high of 26 degrees Celsius.

Looking ahead at the remainder of the long weekend in Rosario, Saturday is expected to see early morning showers before conditions improve. Sunday and Monday promise better weather, though residents must prepare for a sharp temperature drop with lows reaching down to 8 degrees Celsius on Sunday.

In Ecuador, the Inamhi forecast for Friday outlines normal to moderate rains and drizzles across the coastal provinces and the Galápagos region. Localities such as Balzar, El Empalme, and Playas in Guayas face expected rainfall during the morning, while Guayaquil anticipates only light drizzles without thunderstorms.

Further north, other regions continue to experience below-average seasonal temperatures with cloudy skies gradually giving way to clearer conditions heading into the weekend. Forecasters indicate that warmer and sunnier days are expected to return early next week, bringing relief from the persistent chill.
