Cristiano Ronaldo Scores Hat-Trick as Al Nassr Defeats Al Kholood 5-3

Cristiano Ronaldo scored a second-half hat-trick to lead Al Nassr to a thrilling 5-3 victory over Al Kholood in their Saudi Pro League encounter. The Portuguese forward delivered a stellar performance after a tightly contested first half, moving closer to the historic milestone of 1,000 career goals.

The match saw an eventful opening half with both teams trading goals. Al Kholood struck first in the 16th minute through Julien Domingues, before Al Nassr responded with goals from Angelo and Sadio Mane, both assisted by Joao Felix. However, Al Kholood managed to equalize just before halftime when Loic Essomba found the net following another setup by Domingues.

After the break, Ronaldo took over the match with a quickfire hat-trick spanning from the 66th to the 81st minute. His first goal of the night came after Joao Felix laid the ball off inside the area. Just six minutes later, Felix provided a precise cross from the right flank, allowing Ronaldo to head home his second score of the match.

Ronaldo completed his hat-trick in the 81st minute following a swift counterattack. Sadio Mane broke through on goal and, unable to beat the opposing goalkeeper, unselfishly passed to the Al Nassr captain, who finished into the open net to seal his triple. In total, Joao Felix contributed four assists during the high-scoring affair.

Al Kholood added a late penalty converted by Domingues during stoppage time, but Al Nassr comfortably secured the three points. The hard-fought win propelled Al Nassr to 28 points, tying them with Al Qadsiah at the top of the standings on a temporary basis.

With this latest hat-trick, Ronaldo has now accumulated 985 official goals in his professional career across 1,344 matches. The veteran forward now requires only 15 more goals to reach the unprecedented 1,000-goal milestone, maintaining his lead over rival Lionel Messi in the historical scoring charts.
