Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan Releases KTET Hall Tickets for September 2026 Exam
Candidates can now download their admit cards for the upcoming teacher eligibility tests scheduled for mid-November.
The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan has officially released the hall tickets for the September 2026 edition of the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET). Candidates preparing to sit for the examination can now access and download their admit cards through the official state portal at ktet.kerala.gov.in.
The examination is set to take place over two days, on November 14 and November 15, 2026. The test will be conducted in two daily shifts, with the first session running from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the second session held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The specific timing and location for each candidate are detailed on their individual hall tickets.
To retrieve the document, applicants must log in to the official website using their application number, application ID, and the specific examination category. The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan advises candidates to verify all personal and examination details listed on the admit card immediately upon downloading. A printed copy of this document is mandatory for entry into the testing centers.
The K-TET is organized into four distinct categories to align with various teaching levels and requirements. Category I covers Lower Primary teaching, Category II is for Upper Primary, Category III is for High School, and Category IV is designated for language and specialist teachers. Candidates are required to appear for the category that corresponds to their specific educational qualifications and intended teaching roles.
In addition to the printed hall ticket, candidates must present a valid photo identity card at the examination venue as per the verification protocols established by the authorities. The admit card serves as an essential verification document, and those unable to access their portal due to technical issues or incorrect login credentials are encouraged to review their information or contact the help desk.
For candidates who may lose their admit cards after the examination, the Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan has established a process for obtaining duplicates. This procedure involves submitting an application to the District Education Officer, accompanied by a fee of 100 rupees per category paid to the treasury, along with relevant proof of the candidate's application or results. Further inquiries regarding this process can be directed to the official help desk email addresses.
