Trabzonspor continued its strong run in the UEFA Conference League by securing a 2-0 victory against Scottish club Heart of Midlothian at Papara Park. Guided by manager Thomas Reis, the Turkish side maintained its perfect record in the league phase, claiming maximum points from its opening two fixtures.

The match began with early pressure from the visitors, as Hearts nearly took the lead when Malachi Fagan-Walcott headed a corner kick against the goalpost. However, Trabzonspor gradually seized control of the tempo and began to threaten the Scottish defense with sustained attacks.

The breakthrough arrived just past the half-hour mark when Tomas Magnusson brought down Franculino inside the penalty area. Mohamed Salah stepped up to take the resulting penalty kick, confidently driving the ball down the middle to register his 10th goal for the club.

Trailing at halftime, Hearts attempted to generate offensive momentum after the break in search of an equalizer. Despite positive attacking intentions, the Scottish team struggled to pierce the disciplined defensive structure of the hosts.

As the hour mark approached, Trabzonspor effectively put the game out of reach by doubling its advantage. Franculino nutmegged Rogers Mato before feeding a pass to Salah, who laid the ball off for the forward to curl a precise shot beyond the reach of goalkeeper Beau Reus.

The second goal completely subdued the visiting side, allowing Trabzonspor to comfortably manage the remainder of the contest. The Turkish team coasted through the final stages without facing any serious threats to its clean sheet.

With this result, Trabzonspor extends its winning streak to five matches across all competitions under Thomas Reis. Meanwhile, Hearts continues to struggle on the road, remaining winless in its last four competitive away fixtures and holding just one point after two matches in the European tournament.
