Meteorological services across multiple regions have released their latest weather forecasts, predicting a mix of heavy rains, strong winds, and changing temperatures for the upcoming days. In the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (AMBA), atmospheric conditions have accelerated the arrival of wet weather, bringing storms, gusty winds, and a potential for small hail earlier than initially anticipated.

According to the National Meteorological Service (SMN) of Argentina, the metropolitan area remains under surveillance for storm development. While these phenomena are expected to be short-lived, they carry the capacity for heavy downpours in brief periods. Temperatures in the region are projected to reach a high of 21 degrees Celsius, with intermittent showers continuing through the night and persisting into the weekend.

The instability is not limited to the Buenos Aires region. Northern Patagonia and parts of Cuyo are also facing active weather scenarios driven by a slow-moving low-pressure system off the Chilean coast combined with moisture coming from the Atlantic Ocean. Locations such as Neuquén and Río Negro are anticipating locally intense storms featuring electrical activity, gusts, and hail, while areas like Bariloche and Esquel expect rain and lower temperatures.

Further north in the Caribbean, the Instituto Dominicano de Meteorología (Indomet) reported that Santo Domingo faces an unstable environment with a high probability of rain. Thursday's forecast for the Dominican capital indicates a 100 percent chance of precipitation driven by troughs, with maximum temperatures reaching 29 degrees Celsius and minimums at 24 degrees Celsius. Due to a high humidity level of 92 percent, the heat index may feel elevated.

Authorities in the Dominican Republic have issued advisory warnings for maritime operators along both the Atlantic and Caribbean coasts. Small, medium, and fragile watercraft are urged to exercise caution due to potential wind gusts, thunderstorms, and abnormal wave action, while citizens on land are advised to remain alert to shifting weather patterns and potential street flooding.

Meanwhile, European forecasts present a different picture. In Castelldefels, Spain, the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) predicts a Thursday characterized by intervals of cloudiness and high temperatures of 21 degrees Celsius, with conditions gradually clearing up by Friday. Similarly, Zaragoza anticipates dry weather with stable temperatures ranging between 7 and 19 degrees Celsius over the coming days, prompting standard wellness recommendations such as staying hydrated and dressing appropriately for changing conditions.
