Starbucks Holiday Menu and Red Cup Day Return for 2026
The seasonal lineup brings back favorite classics alongside new Tiramisu Velvet drinks and specialty food items.
Starbucks has announced the official launch date for its highly anticipated holiday menu, which arrives at participating locations on Thursday, November 5, 2026. The seasonal rollout brings back returning favorites alongside a brand-new selection of beverages, food offerings, and collectible merchandise.
Among the returning holiday drinks for the 2026 season are the iconic Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte, and Gingerbread Chai. Customers can enjoy the Peppermint Mocha hot, iced, or blended as a Frappuccino beginning on the launch date.
The 2026 menu also introduces several new additions, headlined by the Tiramisu Velvet collection. Inspired by the classic Italian dessert, the lineup features the Tiramisu Velvet Latte—available hot or iced—and the Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew, both combining espresso, milk, and vanilla syrup with Velvet Mascarpone Cold Foam and a cocoa topping. Additional new beverages include the Apple Pomegranate Refresher, Snowy Apple Drink, and Apple Pomegranate Lemonade.
Food options accompanying the holiday release feature the new Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and a Bearista Cake Pop, alongside an updated recipe for the Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich. Returning seasonal treats include the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie, and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.
In addition to the food and drinks, Starbucks is launching new holiday cup designs featuring seasonal colors such as red, green, mint, gold, cranberry, and cream, accented by ribbons, bows, and holiday trees. Holiday merchandise collections, including the Holiday Bearista, Holiday Village, and Peppermint Mocha lines, will also become available on November 5.
Several other major dates highlight the seasonal calendar. The Mystery Glass Bearista Surprise Box collection is scheduled to arrive on November 10, offering limited-edition mystery characters. Furthermore, Starbucks Red Cup Day is set for Tuesday, November 17, when customers who purchase a handcrafted holiday beverage can receive a collectible reusable holiday cup while supplies last. The original Bearista Glass Cold Cup will return to select stores on December 1.
