Starbucks Launches 2026 Holiday Menu Featuring Tiramisu Drinks
The coffee giant rolled out its seasonal menu and new cup designs, setting the stage for upcoming events like Red Cup Day.
Starbucks officially rolled out its 2026 holiday menu on Thursday, November 5, bringing a fresh lineup of seasonal beverages and food items to coffeehouses. The launch follows the reveal of this year's holiday cup designs, which feature festive trees, ribbons, and bows in traditional holiday colors such as red, green, mint, antique gold, cranberry, and creamy white.
Headlining the new beverage menu is the Tiramisu Velvet family, a dessert-inspired collection featuring the Tiramisu Velvet Latte and the Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew. The latte pairs espresso, milk, and vanilla syrup with a mascarpone cold foam and a cocoa-and-coffee-flavored dusting, and is available hot or iced. The chain also introduced the Apple Pomegranate Refresher, along with a Snowy Apple version made with a coconut milk or lemonade base.
Alongside the new additions, several fan-favorite drinks have returned to the menu. Customers can once again order the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte, and Gingerbread Chai. Starbucks is also offering variations like the Iced Caramel Brulée Cream Chai and Iced Sugar Cookie Cream Matcha, alongside an assortment of customizable holiday cold foams.
The holiday food menu received notable updates as well. New savory options include a Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese with caramelized onion jam and an updated Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich featuring cranberry sauce on a cranberry-studded baguette. Sweet treats include the new Bearista Cake Pop, joining returning favorites like the Snowman Cookie, Cranberry Bliss Bar, and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish. Additionally, Starbucks is offering a limited-edition holiday pup cup for dogs at select locations while supplies last.
The rollout is accompanied by a series of merchandise drops and promotional events scheduled throughout November and December. Mystery Glass Bearista Surprise Boxes are set to arrive in stores on Tuesday, November 10, containing limited-edition character cups hidden until opened. Meanwhile, the original 20-ounce Bearista Glass Cold Cup will return to coffeehouses on Tuesday, December 1.
The coffee chain's annual Red Cup Day is scheduled for Tuesday, November 17. During the event, customers who purchase a handcrafted holiday beverage at participating stores will receive a collectible, reusable red cup while supplies last. Additional collections, such as the Winter Wonderland merchandise, are also slated for release as the holiday season progresses.
