Rockstar Games has released a new collection of 39 screenshots from Grand Theft Auto VI, providing fans with a fresh look at the game's setting and characters just two weeks before its scheduled launch. The images, which the developer has dubbed the "Launch Gallery," were published on the official website on November 5, 2026. This release serves as a final promotional push as anticipation builds for the November 19, 2026, arrival of the title on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

The new gallery offers a detailed glimpse into the fictional state of Leonida, with a significant portion of the images dedicated to the urban environment of Vice City. Other locations featured in the collection include the Grassrivers wetlands, the Leonida Keys, and Port Gellhorn. While the images do not contain specific narrative details or mission spoilers, they highlight the density of the game world, showcasing various activities such as nightclub scenes, beach gatherings, and high-stakes criminal encounters involving the protagonists, Jason and Lucia.

Technical details regarding the game's release have also been confirmed. Players can begin pre-loading the title on November 10, 2026, to prepare for the full launch. The game will require approximately 212 gigabytes of storage space, a substantial requirement that has prompted discussions regarding hardware management, particularly for users of the 512GB Xbox Series S console. Financial interest in the title remains high, with industry estimates suggesting that pre-orders have already reached significant figures, potentially positioning the game to break existing sales records upon its release.

The marketing campaign for Grand Theft Auto VI has been extensive, extending beyond digital platforms into physical spaces. Rockstar Games has utilized billboards, posters, and transit advertisements globally to promote the release. The city of Miami, which serves as the primary inspiration for Vice City, has seen a particularly concentrated effort, including the branding of the Miami Heat arena and the operation of a promotional blimp.

As part of the final lead-up to the launch, Rockstar Games is scheduled to host a special event titled "A Night in Vice City" on November 18, 2026. The event will take place during an NBA game between the Miami Heat and the Milwaukee Bucks. During the game, the home team will be rebranded as the "Vice City Heat," wearing custom jerseys and playing on a court featuring game-themed designs. This event marks the culmination of a series of local activations that have seen Miami venues and nightlife spots integrated into the game's promotional strategy.

Despite the high volume of promotional material, Rockstar Games has yet to provide information regarding a potential PC version of the game or a release date for such a platform. For now, the focus remains on the console launch. With the release of the "Launch Gallery," the studio appears to be concluding its major visual previews, opting to keep the specific plot points and mission structures under wraps until the game is officially available to the public.
