Jio Platforms Limited is preparing for its highly anticipated stock market debut, with its equity shares scheduled to list on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The public offering follows a bidding window that opened on October 21, 2026, and concluded on October 23, 2026.

The initial public offering of the Reliance Industries subsidiary was established as a book-built issue priced between ₹1,065 and ₹1,119 per share, with the final price set at ₹1,119 per share. The issue size reached approximately ₹30,187 to ₹30,213 crores and consisted entirely of a fresh issue of 270 million shares.

Investor demand during the three-day bidding period proved robust. Financial reports indicate that the offering was heavily oversubscribed, recording subscription figures ranging between 21.36 and 22.19 times across various categories, driven by institutional, non-institutional, and retail investors.

The company finalized the basis of allotment for the shares on October 26, 2026. Successful applicants saw the allotted shares credited to their demat accounts ahead of the trading debut, while unblocked funds and refunds were processed accordingly.

Proceeds raised from the public offering are primarily allocated toward the prepayment or repayment of outstanding borrowings availed by its material subsidiary, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, alongside general corporate purposes. Notably, major international investors and existing stakeholders, including Google, Meta, and KKR, did not exit their positions during the offering.

As a leading digital services provider in India, Jio Platforms operates an extensive technology and connectivity ecosystem, serving hundreds of millions of customers with mobile broadband, enterprise solutions, cloud services, and digital applications. The company counts Reliance Industries as its primary promoter.

Market participants and investors are closely monitoring the upcoming market listing to gauge secondary trading performance amid favorable grey market indicators and strong participation levels recorded throughout the subscription phase.
